Nildram Call Centre – Number changesIn the coming weeks Nildram will be making some changes to the phone numbers that we provide to our customers for contacting support, broadband admin and billing. These changes are being driven by new telecommunication regulations which require companies that operate these numbers to be clear about how much it costs to call them. In the next few weeks we'll be introducing new 0871 numbers which will replace the 0870 numbers that we've operated for the past few years. Please keep an eye on our website under the Contact Us section for further notification. Alongside these changes we've expanded the functionality of our online support services with an expanded knowledgebase in the Ask a Question section of the Nildram website. Investigating and logging issues in this way is of course free, you'll only incur call charges if you need to phone into our UK based support teams. Additionally, we're going to actually reduce the cost of calling us for customers who have opted into taking our HomeTalk telephony service. Currently, calls into our 0870 numbers are not discounted and cost £0.07p per minute. Calls to our new 0871 numbers for HomeTalk customers will cost £0.05p per minute and £0.10p per minute for non-HomeTalk customers. To ensure you get the discounted call rate you need to call us from the phone number associated with your HomeTalk subscription. | ||||||||||||||||
